We hope you love your new pieces. If they’re not quite right, you can lodge a return through our Returns Page within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and undamaged

With all original tags attached

In original packaging

Not marked as final sale (see exclusions below)

Returned within 30 days of delivery

Refund to your original payment method (standard)

Store credit or exchange (fastest option if you’d like to swap sizes or styles)
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
How to start a return

Follow the step-by-step instructions and send your parcel back to us.

Once received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.
Faulty or incorrect items
We’re sorry if something isn’t right. Please lodge your return through our Returns Page within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the fault or wrong item.
We’ll resolve it quickly in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
