We hope you love your new pieces. If they’re not quite right, you can lodge a return through our Returns Page within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Not marked as final sale (see exclusions below)

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Return options

  • Refund to your original payment method (standard)

  • Store credit or exchange (fastest option if you’d like to swap sizes or styles)

Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

How to start a return

  • Submit your request via our Returns Page.

  • Follow the step-by-step instructions and send your parcel back to us.

  • Once received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.

Faulty or incorrect items

We’re sorry if something isn’t right. Please lodge your return through our Returns Page within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the fault or wrong item.
We’ll resolve it quickly in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
